What Information We Process

When you use this auditor, the following information is sent to our system:

  • The HR policy text you paste into the form
  • The policy type, organisation type, and workforce size you select
  • Any additional context you choose to provide
  • Your IP address (used for rate limiting only — not stored beyond 24 hours)

Important: Do not include names, identity numbers, employee details, or any personally identifiable information in your policy text. This tool is designed for policy documents, not personal records.

Purpose of Processing

Your submission is processed solely to generate a compliance audit report. It is not used for any other purpose, including marketing, profiling, or training AI models.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on your explicit consent (POPIA Section 11(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent checkbox below before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by not submitting the form.

Third-Party Processing — Anthropic

Your policy text is forwarded to Anthropic, Inc. (USA) via their Claude API to generate the audit. Anthropic processes your submission as a data operator under our instructions. Anthropic's API does not use submitted content to train its models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for full details. By consenting below, you also acknowledge this cross-border transfer to the USA.

Retention

Your policy text is not stored by BeAccessible. It is transmitted to Anthropic for processing and the result is returned to your browser. No copy is retained on our systems beyond the processing of your request. Your IP address is stored for rate-limiting purposes for a maximum of 24 hours, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your Rights Under POPIA

  • Right to access — you may request confirmation of what personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correction — you may request correction of inaccurate information
  • Right to deletion — you may request deletion of your information
  • Right to object — you may object to the processing of your information
